Through our network of partners, we offer a wealth of experienced, highly qualified candidates from various countries.
We supply vessel crews of any nationality as per Client’s requirements. This can be for complete Crew Management of the full crew compliment of a Vessel, which includes sourcing and selection, medicals, flag state requirements, crew contracts, logistics i.e. visas and all travel arrangements, local agency and insurances, or this can be for the supply of single crew members limited to the sourcing and selection and contracting only.
VORTEX OFFSHORE has built up a network of Manning Partners throughout the Globe and as such is capable of providing Crew and Manpower of almost every nationality.
Vortex maintains an extensive database of qualified Seafarers from which they can source promptly additional crews to support their own managed fleet or to support third party enquiries.
As part of the selection process, we closely examine not only the qualification of the individual, but also their experience, skills, commitment and motivation. All personnel employed for seagoing vessels are trained and qualified in accordance with the STCW ’95 convention.
